Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that combines the tranquility of yoga with the healing power of sound. We will begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body for a profound state of relaxation, while also learning breath techniques that calm the nervous system. Then, you'll surrender for a full hour into the ultimate resting pose, savasana, supported by bolsters, blankets, and an eye pillow.
Savasana, often called the most important pose in yoga, is a cornerstone of relaxation and restoration. This deep rest allows your body to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and promoting the release of tension.
- Improve sleep quality by deepening relaxation and preparing the body for restful slumber.

As you rest, you'll be enveloped in a mesmerizing soundscape created by live music from sound healers Lauren Davey and Sean Pepers. Their enchanting melodies -- produced with crystal sound bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, didgeridoo, flutes, guitar, and other instruments -- will transport you to a place of profound peace and rejuvenation.
